Welcome to the Duffy Tool & Stamping employment page.  Our business of providing high-quality metal components to the automotive and other industries has resulted in steady sales growth.   This growth is reflected in our steadily rising employment figures.   Quality people make quality products, and we're proud that Muncie and its surroundings have provided a steady source of dedicated, quality-focused employees.

Due to our growth, Duffy often has opportunities for entry-level positions (e.g. laborer or machine operator), as well as opportunities for semi-skilled positions (e.g. Press Set-up and Plant Maintenance), and skilled positions (e.g. Tool and Die Maker).   Starting rates of pay are no less than $8.00 per hour and our higher, skilled positions are based on experience.
